Cooking with Grandma Rosella Disclafani

This is where the inspiration started - in the kitchen with Grandma Rosella.  Bobby got his feet wet early in the game.  When all the kids were outside playing stick ball, basketball and tag; making pies, pizza and great Italian food were the best activities for Bobby.


Bobby still makes most of Grandma Rosella’ s recipes but his specialty after graduating culinary school gravitated towards Creole Cajun cuisine after doing an internship at Palace Cafe in the French Quarters of New Orleans, LA.


You can still find him whipping up unique mixes of Creole/Cajun dishes mixed with Italian roots.
